Served on a soft bun and served with your choice of side.

Served on a marble rye bread.

Red Cabbage Soup

Cabbage and smoked sausage in a beef broth poured over croutons and bleu cheese.

Bratwurst & Seasoned Sauerkraut

Two bratwursts browned under a broiler and placed on a bed of sauerkraut seasoned with aromatic vegetables, apples and vermouth. Whole grain brown mustard offered to spread over bratwursts.

Jaegerschnitzel & Bartkatoffeln

Crispy breaded pork loin, pan fried and served with creamy brown mushroom gravy. German fries or Bartkatoffeln (fried potatoes with onions, bacon and fresh herbs.)

Chocolate and Coconut nestled in our Ooey Gooey Cinnamon Roll topped with optional nuts, creamy rich Caramel Sauce and velvety White Icing. Available in-house with a cup of Ooey Gooey’s House Brew Coffee or served to walk around with a fork and napkin.
