In this class, you’ll be tapping into the meridian lines with yin style yoga, targeting connective tissues, the bones, muscles and ligaments. Nourishment occurs when holding poses for a longer duration. You’ll also gain knowledge of the yin/yang theories and the Meridian clock.
45 minutes – $13 per session or prepaid class pass available for $49
