Winter Hike Series: 10 O’Clock Line Nature Preserve Hike

March 28 @ 11:00 am - 1:00 pm

Free

On this cool winter hike, you’ll head out along a fire trail towards the 10 O’Clock Line Nature Preserve. This is the largest nature preserve in the state and has quite the unique story. After about one mile on the fire trail, you’ll meet up with Horse Trail B for a hike around the Nature Preserve. The distance for this hike is approximately 2.5 miles, and will last about two hours. This hike is moderately rated, so be sure to dress for the weather and bring those hiking boots. Meet at the Nature Center for this hike before carpooling to the trailhead.

Dogs are welcome, but must be on a 6ft. leash and get along well with other dogs and humans alike.

*Park gate fees apply. Advanced registration is not necessary and there is no limit on attendance.
