Wilderness First Aid and CPR class brought to you by DNK Presents! We are very excited to be the host of a SOLO Wilderness First Aid Course and CPR training through the American Heart Association in Brown County Indiana. This is a 16-hour, 2 day, entry level course. It’s great for outdoor enthusiasts looking to learn more about wilderness medicine and first aid in the backcountry and anyone looking to feel more safe and confident in the outdoors alone or with a group. Wilderness First Aid (WFA) covers topics ranging from preparation and prevention to assessment and treatment of injuries that may occur in the wilderness. Students will have an opportunity to learn practical skills through hands-on scenarios as well as in a traditional classroom setting.
