Perhaps we may think that we can’t meditate because our mind is too busy or life is too full. This is a mistaken perspective — everyone can meditate!
In this workshop, our teacher will share six tips for a successful meditation practice to reduce stress, worry and feeling overwhelmed. Additionally, he will focus on how to meditate, the benefits of meditation, and daily meditation practice.
The workshop is suitable for all meditation levels, including beginners. It includes teachings, guided meditations as well as a Q&A in the last session. Everyone is welcome!
