In this class, you'll be tapping into the meridian lines with yin style yoga, targeting connective tissues, the bones, muscles and ligaments. Nourishment occurs when holding poses for a longer duration. You'll also gain knowledge of the yin/yang theories and the Meridian clock.

This class is made up of of blissful, therapeutic, restorative yoga poses. Props are used to support the body and allow you to gently relax. Postures are held for a longer time to allow the nervous system and mind to entirely let go. Restorative yoga is perfect for anyone who leads a stressful life, or looking for a little rest and relaxation. Open to all levels.
