    Organize and maintain your area, be the lead that the volunteers in your section report issues to, handle issues or bring to the house manager as needed.
  • Welcome all patrons, hold doors, make sure the patron is safe from the curb to the door, and make sure that the area is clean and clear. This is an outside position next to the building.
  • Greet patrons as they enter and scan tickets on their phone, paper, or emails. On rare occasions, tear and manually count tickets.
  • Greet patrons, distribute will call tickets and check ID for proper ticket distribution.
  • Collect coats, umbrellas, etc. from patrons prior to the performance. Return correct belongings to patrons as they exit.
  • If programs are available, distribute as patrons enter the auditorium.
  • Help patrons locate their seats in the downstairs portion of the auditorium. Answer questions as they arise.
  • Help patrons locate their seats in the upstairs portion of the auditorium. Answer questions as they arise.
  • Help patrons locate their seats in the pit portion of the auditorium. Answer questions as they arise. This person is extremely close to the stage area.
  • During some concerts the performer will have merchandise for sale. This person will sell items and keep track of money and sales for the artists and the Brown County Music Center.
  • Oversees all the volunteers and will be the go-to person with concerns and needs. He/she will be making assignments and will be able to answer questions as needed.
