Please fill out the form below to sign-up for this year's Spring Passport program.

Remember, a minimum of $30 in gift certificates is due to participate. Gift certificates MUST be submitted to the CVB before you can pick up your materials on March 6 & 7. Certificates can be turned in on material pick-up days.

Material Pick-Up Days: Tuesday, March 6 & Wednesday, March 7 (8am - 6pm)

Passport Program Dates: Starts Thursday, March 8 - May 13, 2012

Costs: $30 minimum in gift certificates; $5 for custom hole punch (if you have not already purchased a custom hole punch from the CVB)

*If your current custom hole punch is defective and you need a new one, please bring your old one in to exchange for a new punch.
