Town of Nashville - Sculpture RFP

The Nashville Arts and Entertainment Commission has released a Request for Proposal seeking a sculpture that will have a strong visual impact and identify Nashville as a community that embraces the arts. The sculpture will be placed on a 4' x 4' concrete pad by the town parking lot at the corner of Pat Reilly Drive and Jefferson Street at the south edge of the Village. The site is open and can accommodate a structure 10-foot tall or larger.

The selected Artist/Owner must sign a 2-year Lease Agreement as per the attached RFP
and the art will be for sale to the general public. The selected Artist/Owner will receive a
lease fee of $2,500 for the two year period.

Reservation of Rights: The Nashville Arts and Entertainment Commission and the Town
of Nashville reserve the right to reject any and all submission, in whole or in part, and to
waive any immaterial defect or informality in any proposal as may be permitted by law.
