On Thursday, May 23 and Friday, May 24 the Nashville Dance Studio present Dancing through Oz. The young students of choreographer and teacher Jan Spears perform the classic journey of Dorothy and Toto at 7:30 PM on both nights.
Songwriter Showcase at 2 PM on Saturday, May 25 with a performance by regional musicians followed by a question and answer session about songwriting. Cost $11. Singer/Songerwritier Jennie Devoe performs in the evening at 7:30 PM. Cost for evening concert is $22.50. Attend both of these performances for $27.50. Presented Music and Mayhem.
Brown County's own Vocal Yokels - Robbie Bowden, Dave Gore and Stephanie Coope take the stage on Friday, May 31 at 7:30 PM. This is Brown County music at its best - local professionals sing country and pop songs to your heart's content. $12.
The highly regarded Li'l Rev conducts a morning workshop at 10:30 AM on Saturday, June 1. revealing some of the secrets behind mastering the ukulele. At 2:00 PM, Li'l Rev will perform a matinee concert. a rare performance of a true musical maestro also featuring harmonica, mandolin and guitar. Workshop is $22.25, Concert is $12. Combo tickets available for $27.50.
Tickets can be purchased at the box office on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from noon to 5 PM, show days noon to curtain or at our website at www.browncountyplayhouse.org. BC beer and wine sold in the auditorium.
