20th Annual Bean Blossom Blues Fest

Take part in the biggest jam fest in the Midwest! Enjoy a full weekend of exceptional award-winning blues artists, food, camping, vendors, and craft beer. Everyone is welcome to bring their own instruments, jam, and make music – unexpected performances are the best part! Tickets and schedule of events available online. Camping is also available! Past performers have included big names like Elvin Bishop, Victor Wainwright and the WildRoots, Deak Harp, Mary Bridget Davies, and many more! In fact, the Bean Blossom Blues Fest was named Visit Indiana's 2016 Best Music Festival!

16th Annual Bean Blossom BikerFest

2018 September 4-8

Head to Bill Monroe's Music Park and Campground for the largest biker party in the Midwest! Enjoy live music, entertainment, vendors, on-site camping, games, contests, and much more. Tickets are available online; camping reservations must be made through Bill Monroe Music Park and Campground.

Abe Martin County Picnic and Nashcar Outhouse Races

2018 September 15

The We Care Gang invites the entire county (including visitors) to spend the day together enjoying good food, fun and live music! In addition to building community, the goal is to raise money to help those who are less fortunate in Brown County. Dig in to a traditional hog roast with plenty of tasty sides. Corn hole and "We Care Gang" plunger toss games also will be available in the streets throughout the day. Be sure to check out the annual “Nashcar Outhouse Races” during the afternoon too!

TIME: 10 a.m. opening ceremonies; 11:30 a.m. food service; 2 p.m. Peoples Race; 3 p.m. official Nashcar Race; 5 p.m. awards ceremony

44th Annual Bill Monroe Hall Of Fame & Uncle Pen Days Festival

2018 September 19-22

Enjoy this mecca of bluegrass- 4 big days of some of the best in bluegrass music held at the historic Bill Monroe Music Park in Bean Blossom. Enjoy great, family friendly days filled with music from sun up to sun down. Tickets include admission to the Bill Monroe Hall Of Fame & Country Star Museum, daily music and instrument workshops. Be sure to bring your lawn chair!

Midwest Distillers Fest

Hard Truth Distilling Co. is excited to present the inaugural Midwest Distillers Fest — an immersive craft spirits tasting experience anticipated to be the largest and most unique event of its kind in the entire Midwest! Featuring 25-30 craft distilleries from across Indiana and the Midwest, this awesome fest will be offering more than 100 different spirits available to sip and sample straight or to enjoy as part of a craft cocktail. This event will take place on the beautiful grounds of Hard Truth Hills, a world-class destination featuring 325-acres of fun!

Brown County Epic Mountain Bike Festival

2018 October 12-14

This Festival and Epic ride offer tons of flowing single track during Brown County's prime autumn season! Come for the weekend and experience an impressive array of cycling inspired events and resources. The Epic will have something for everyone...camping, demos, food trucks, a beer garden, group rides, games, raffles, live music, a post-ride BBQ, and more! All proceeds go to the Hoosier Mountain Bike Association (HMBA), which means more trails in Brown County and across Indiana!
