Fall-O-Ween Party

You are invited to Brown County Park and Recreation's annual Fall-O-Ween Party at Deer Run Park. This is a free event for adults and children. There will be a weenie roast, s'mores, a hayride, a bounce house, face painting, pumpkin decorating, drinks, and more! There also will be a showing Wonder Woman in the park following the party!

The Haunting at Shireman Homestead

Come to the farm for a night of fright! Take a walk into the woods past the Western town and upside down farm house into the many mazes that await. Explore the mine and village too! Be sure to watch out for the Headless Horseman and make a run for the bridge for a tractor ride back! Scare time is from 8-11 p.m.; The Haunting will be kid friendly from 4-6 p.m.

Rocky Horror Picture Show - Halloween at the Playhouse

Celebrate Halloween at the Playhouse with the 4th annual showing of the legendary cult movie - the Rocky Horror Picture Show! Friendly Forest

Jackson Township Fire Department invites you to its October Friendly Forest! Come play in the forest, an interactive adventure greeted by friendly fire fighters. Cute enough for toddlers and friendly enough for all ages. Come in costume. Free candy bags, hot chocolate and popcorn for the kiddos. Snacks, coffee and pumpkins available for purchase.

Holiday Light Parade & Toy Drive

The Holiday Light Parade offers a variety of unique and brightly lit floats traveling through the Village of Nashville. Make plans to enjoy an evening of parade fun! Hot chocolate and cookies will also be offered at various sites throughout the Village. Residents and visitors are encouraged to bring a new unwrapped toy to the Light Parade. Donation sites will be located throughout the Village or you can give your toy to a float representative in the parade! Donated toys will be dropped off to the local Salvation Army for distribution to Brown County families in need.

18th Annual Reindeer Romp

Grab your shoes and participate in the 18th Annual Reindeer Romp, an 8K run or a 5K run/walk, at the Brown County State Park. Everyone is welcome to run or walk in the event - the more the merrier! Stuff-a-Stocking

Children are invited this Christmas to follow a map to over 25 local Brown County merchants to gather treats, ornaments, toys and more to stuff their Christmas stocking provided by the Brown County Community Foundation. Only 300 tickets will be sold for this annual event. Ticket holders receive a commemorative Christmas stocking and a map to the participating merchant locations. Tickets sell out quickly to this festive and fun event. Get yours today!
