Bear Wallow Distillery's Bourbon Experience

Learn the history of bourbon, see how it’s made and sample different styles including Bear Wallow’s Gnaw Bone Bourbon and Liar’s Bench Rye Whiskey! You'll even get to sample bourbon right out of the barrel. Plus, there's the option to hand wax dip your very own bottle of Gnaw Bone Bourbon too (at additional cost). The Experience includes: extended tour, class material, bourbon dinner, drinks, a cocktail and all samples. Must be over 21 to participate.

Birding in the Woods

Join guide David Rupp, owner of Indigo Birding Nature Tours, for a winter morning walking tour of Nashville's Salt Creek Trail and the birds and wildlife inhabiting it! Fill up on coffee and breakfast pastries at the brand new Brown County Visitors Center, then grab a coffee to-go and hit the trail! All ages welcome. Be sure to reserve your spot!
