Indiana Wine Fair
The Indiana Wine Fair, now in its eleventh year, has grown to become the largest event featuring Indiana wines. Every Indiana vintner is invited to participate. The Wine Fair is a debutante party for Indiana vintners. Admission to this event is limited to responsible adults over 21 years of age. The price of admission is $15 in advance, $20 at the gate. Designated drivers, who must also be 21 years of age, may enter the festival premises for $10. The Story Inn provides the first 4,000 participants with a free keepsake wine glass. Parking is free to those who drive, with priority given to those vehicles with three or more passengers. The Story Inn also provides free shuttle service to and from this event, with buses leaving the Nashville Courthouse every 15 minutes, starting at noon. The wineries will be doling out complementary one-ounce pours, beginning at 12:30 pm, and selling full glasses for on-premises consumption, as well as bottles for carry-out. This is an excellent opportunity for you to build your wine cellar. There will be live music (mostly Jazz), and plenty of food and non-alcoholic beverages. NO COOLERS, PLEASE!
